  1. The problem.is everyone is a victim.except the victims of the felons you hot warrants your surrounded by police ..be a man and do your time… anyone care about the victims he created with his crimes…oh let me guess ..they don't matter ..what. ajoke

  2. Let's get this straight, a cop with 26 years of policing is given a slap on the wrist for KILLING a man, yet ppl are blaming the person who was killed??/ Saying he should not have tried to flee, so A TRAINED OFFICER can lose control during a heated situation and be scared, but an UNTRAINED human being cant feel the same fright with a gun pointed at him??? And you don't think this is wrong? People this is a straight-out lie being told to the public, this was a straight-out MURDER. To have held a service gun and a taser THERE IS NO FKN WAY ON EARTH you didn't know the difference, no way, the weight, and FEEL are very different. A crackhead on the corner would know the difference between a gun and a taser if given the chance to hold them both. You believe what you wish, but I know what I know. PS because of this lack of justice here, cops all around the country are living more on the edge now knowing full well there will be repercussions from this verdict, and the ppl who will pay for it with their lives will have pig Potter and POS judge Chu to thank.

  3. I’m disgusted with this guest Bernarda (in the pink). If I understand correctly, on court TV she made a comment saying that she thinks Kim Potter did do this intentionally. Or something like that. I will admit I didn’t actually see The video of her making the statement, because I tuned into court TV after she made the statement and I heard somebody else comment on what she said. But she was still on the TV show when the comment was made, so she could have interjected had it been stated wrong.

And now I’m also sick of this guest because she said that the judge was crying for Kim Potter. That’s not what the evidence shows. So I think this guest is all about division and causing racial issues and being liked by the radical public. But I’m not someone on the right wing. I’m a moderate who only votes for Democrats. I believe racial bias is real and it’s in every facet of our society, I believe police misconduct is a problem and accountability with them is severely lacking. But that doesn’t mean that every Time a cop makes a mistake but they need to be crucified. Doctors and nurses don’t go to jail when they make a mistake. Airline pilots don’t go to jail when they make a mistake. When the driver gets in a simple accident without being intentionally reckless, they don’t go to jail. But it’s only cops. And cops are being punished now because of the sins of the past. And if we wanna go back and prosecute cops they did something 20 years ago, let’s do it. But punishing cops now is not right just because in the past there was almost no accountability.

But please stop using this guest. She’s not about truth, she’s obviously about division. And it’s OK to speak the truth even if the truth is divisive, but there’s a problem with this guest.

  4. 🥼🥼 Why don’t doctors and nurses go to prison when they hurt or kill a patient because of a simple mistake that has big consequences? That never happens. Why not? The medical community has found that the only way to fix problems is to address it like an accident, like a car accident, and fix the root cause problems. When a judge sentences somebody do life in prison or the death penalty and that person ends up being innocent, why doesn’t the judge go to prison themselves? Why is it the prosecutor go to prison? Also what is a fire fighter who’s fighting a forest fire has the light a fire themselves to stop the forest fire from spreading. This is something that happens, so if you’re not familiar you can look it up. It’s where the term “fighting fire with fire“ comes from. What are the fire. What if a forest fire fire fighter was to light a fire in order to protect homes but the fire they let God out of control and end up burning down at home and even killing somebody, when they go to prison? No. Because the actions they were doing were actually appropriate but got out of hand. It’s only cops that risk going to prison.

  5. So that she could appease Ms Potter; Judge Choo went out of her way to snatch the ex-cops defeat from the jaws of victory. Even though I am disappointed at her unprofessional conduct, I can't say that I am surprised. Throughout the trial, she showed blatant favouritism to the defence. " I was moved by the hundreds of letters received in support of Ms Potter", She said. Arent Judges not supposed to be swayed by public influence? Too bad the Wrights didn't know that all it took was a letter-writing campaign to influence this disgraceful Judge. Shame on her. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME.

  6. How Daunte Wright led a life of crime and violence before his death and shot his own friend in the head, broke into a neighbor's home, and robbed a woman at gunpoint ….what a shock

  7. Meanwhile the Mexican truck driver that lost control of his truck and accidentally killed 4 people got 115years…of the cost of an accidental life is 2 years but that comparison the Mexican guy deserves 8years not a stupid number like 100+. System always more biased towards white smh

  8. This judge made this decision as if she knows exactly what Kim Potter was thinking. This is the biggest problem in criminal justice. Some people get empathy and others get indifference. This is why the death penalty should not exist.

  9. To all the white Kids out there who parents raised them as White being Superior over all other race of people……, if you want to get away with killing blacks go be a Police Officer. Its legal to kill Black and Brown skin people with punity. And i Promise you will get away with. Now you have to understand Killing Whites is illegal no matter even if they dont Comply. So dont do it.. Just go watch video on how White Cops interact with your superior race, you will not see them killing unarmed whites of any age.. All way approach Whites with Sir and Mam. And remember kids to use the Common words, when firing your gun on Black n Brown people I FEAR FOR MY LIFE,I MISTAKEN MY TASER FOR MY GUN, HE/SHE HAVE A GUN,. Oh ONE MORE THING TRY AND NOT TO DO IT WITH CAMERAS AROUND. THAN AGAIN THE HELL WITH CAMERA YOU WILL STILL GET AWAY IT. I hope you learn something today kids.

  10. The "victim" should have complied and done what was asked of him. I've been pulled over my fair share and guess what, I'm still alive, nothing to hide and never resisted.

  11. People don't seem to realize that Mr Wright would have been driving a 3,000-pound bullet! He would have been speeding and running stop lights, stop signs, passing in no passing zones, endangering EVERYONE in his way. His car becomes a DEADLY WEAPON at that point and deadly force to stop said weapon should be authorized. Officer Potter put her life on the line for 26 years!!! She is not a criminal! Mr. Wright however WAS a criminal and he put his own life in jeopardy, along with the lives of the officers trying to arrest him and keep him from driving off. They PROTECTED the community from a deadly threat! She shouldn't spend a single day in jail.

  12. slap in the face to the family… as usual, justice in the US proves how much of a joke it is !!!! Since when does the judge decide "intent" after the jury decided GUILTY !!!

  13. Anybody think she will get a job as a taser instructor , and weapons confusion expert ?
Not as an officer/government employee … but a private contractor ?
As absurd as it sounds now … I think it would be a chance for her to bring something good out it .
Just my 2cp on it .

  14. What a refreshing outcome. A judge who has the right combination of fairness and empathy to resist the political and racial hysteria that is the wellspring of support for a longer sentence.

  15. If it was an accident and out of character for the cop then it is believable to be a tragic accident she didn't mean to cause. Idk the whole story idk what was the boy Doing that she got involved. Idk how long this officer has been on duty. There are so many questions. She is going to jail maybe not for life or longer because it wasn't intentional. If it was it would be a murder and a different case.

  16. We all saw the body cam footage of "TASER!, TASER!, TASER!" and her immediate response, completely breaking down not even able to function properly after she realized she pulled her gun and fired, not her taser.

I realize I'm caucasian saying this, but that should not matter as I'm overjoyed with the judge that sentenced the Micheal's to life with NO POSSIBLE parole! What a great judge! 👍👍

I understand their family wants justice, string her up and hang her over the fire as they are now without a child. It's an awful case to say the least, but this former peace officer made a mistake, and has to live with it for the rest of her life. She has a jail cell of her own, no court could possibly hurt her more than she's already hurt herself, as she's actually a good person but will persecute herself long after any jail she sees is over with.

  17. This is a grave miscarriage of justice. Claiming that Ms. Potter didn't intend to kill Mr. Wright is utterly ridiculous. A drunk getting behind the wheel & subsequently killing others is not intentional either, but they should be held accountable.

ANY so called veteran cop who can not tell the difference between their taser and their glock should never have a badge to begin with. Not holding her accountable for that incompetence and the resulting death is unconscionable.
