The only way Kyle Rittenhouse loses his case is if the judge allows the jury to mail in their verdict.
am a fervent believer in the second amendment and I responsibly own firearms, having said that, Rittenhouse does not have the temperament and good judgment to carry an AR-15 period. This is very clear based on the unnecessary death of 2 people and the mishandling of the situation. It is unfortunate that this case has been politicized both by the right and left…I am an independent and strongly believe Rittenhouse must be convicted and held accountable for his crimes…people were into attacking him after the death of the first victim, they were trying to stop him since they believed he was a danger to them…

Before every shooting instance Kyle was attempting to run from those he eventually shot. He shot only those who chased and attacked him. This is all made clear by video evidence and witness testimony. Why is media so set on swaying public opinion based on lies or withholding facts?

Unlawful activity= killing of Rossenbaum. Huber was provoked by the killing of Rossenbaum. He also is guilty of attempted homicide against Gross. In Rosenbuaum incident you do kill a guy cause he throws a bag you got a rifle hit him over the head. Now another militia terrorist did fire a pistol in the air that startled him ok maybe he thought Rosenbuaum had a gun. But guilty of murder Huber and attempted murder Gross
Just saw a news flash of what's going on outside the courthouse at 4 p.m. in this case. You can't tell me that jury can't hear what's going on as loud as it is. Regardless of how you feel about this case, that's juror intimidation. And the judge should order them away from the courthouse!

Lose the arguement of self defense. Not true, if someone further pursues after that confrontation, the dynamic is reset. Even if that dynamic isn't reset, it just becomes more difficult to argue self defense with that provocation, it is just under additional scrutiny. Exact quote out of Wisconsin state legislature "except when the attack which ensues is of a type causing the person engaging in the unlawful conduct to reasonably believe that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm."
Even assholes get to defend theirselves, but provocation only means additional scrutiny and potential blame. Kyle is innocent in either circumstance for the terms of self defense.

The ONLY way Rittenhouse "provoked" those criminals was by putting out the fires they had started. It isn't provocation when you STOP a crime and then get attacked by the criminal scum who committed it.
Rittenhouse was protesting against property destruction, a first amendment right, and carrying to protect himself, a second amendment right. Huber and Grosskreutz were the vigilantes that night.
There will be a collective cheer from real Americans when this hero is released.

Within a couple days of the shooting there was a compilation of videos of these events on bitchute. I watched those videos and heard Rosenbaum make a threat, though I don’t recall the words. I’m wondering who disappeared those videos… they do, or did exist.
