  1. The concept of self defense is extremely simple, only requires and agressor and a force from the one agressed upon to reasonably repel/end the aggression from said agressor… THAT'S IT.
    False perception of a "threat" is delusional and insufficient reason to attack someone..

  5. I think the not guilty verdict is fair game. If a person reaches for the gun on the police gun belt, per text book, they're allow to use deadly force.

    The law there allows a 17 y/o to open carry a long rifle under adult supervision. Solo own & operate a rifle at 18. Pistol at 21. That is a person with no DV or felon.

    Kyle's mistake was venturing off on his own without a wingman.

    I think Joshua Ziminski should be charged with negligence discharge of a firearm and for instigating the whole incident.

    The two that deceased went for Kyle's rifle when he was trying to flee from them. I think that's self defense and deadly force allow since it applies same to police. They could have used his own rifle on him or others.

    Gaige Grosskreutz was just unlucky. He had the legal grounds to kill Kyle as he believes that he just killed somebody and was fleeing the scene and Kyle did point a rifle at him. But he was too slow to draw and get off a shot. Fortunate his still alive and have function with his arm. Doubt he'll get any money though.

    Kyle Rittenhouse will probably be able to make millions from selling a book and the counter lawsuits against wrongful accusations & charges filed against him ruining his name and the duress and distress it caused for his time spent on the 1 year case. His lawyers will take 40% of everything at least. But half the girls in this country wants a taste of him.

    Aside from him being rightful. I just want to slap the silliness out of Kyle when he cries. The way he cries is like a little sissy.

  6. 1. We didn't know that Kyle put out a dumpster fire that was being rolled down to a gas station to blow up, with people all around.

    2. We didn't know that the Police were told to stand down as businesses were destroyed.

    3. We didn't know that Kyle's Dad, Grandma and Friends all lived in Kenosha, 20 minutes from where he resided with his Mom part time in Illinois.

    4. We didn't know that Joseph Rosenbaum knocked him down twice and then attempted to kick him with lethal force to the head.

    5. We didn't know that Huber had hit him in the head 2x with a skateboard.

    6. We didn't know Gaige Grosskreutz, a felon in possession of firearm, aimed his gun at Kyle first, as he admitted on the stand.

    7. We also didn't know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a gun, even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed).

    8. We didn't know that Kyle did not cross state lines with a gun he wasn't supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do.

    9. We also didn't realize that Rosenbaum was a 5 time convicted child rapist and that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater.

    10. We didn't know that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record also.

    IF THE MEDIA DID THEIR JOB..we would ALL have known this

  36. Judge is clearly insane. The guy drove across country to shoot people. Intent doesn't count in this case? If he was a medic this wouldn't happen. His mother planned it with him. Premeditated. My God. Double murder. Judge needs all of his cases reviewed. Nightmare.

  41. This trial will 100% end with a hung jury. The jury has two far left outs that are refusing to find Kyle not guilty.

    But I know the remaining jury members believe he’s innocent and that’s why it will result in a hung jury. So, rest assured, he will not be convicted.

    Feel free to return to my comment once that is the outcome and I’ll tell everyone how I knew this ahead of time but I can’t share any more info until the jury has spoken

  43. Of course why should he pay for killing unarmed people. This sets up a fantastic precedent for future “vigilantes”. What a joke the justice system is.

  45. The man is innocent and only protects himself as the “evidence” shows clearly. Say whatever you want at the end of the day he did not break the law from the case that they are trying to make.
