I do respect the police and have no problem with 99.9% of officers, obey law and your interactions with law enforcement is minimized.
The people who have the biggest problem with the police are the people who stay in trouble with them.

i do see a connection in most of these trails , a long criminal history with repeated offenses , blamed on someone else !
It is natural for someone who has done something wrong to try to run in order to escape punishment. It happened in the bible when Adam and Eve tried to hide from God after eating the forbidden fruit. But I'm wondering if cops can wait for these people at their houses ( even if it means going undercover without uniform) instead of pursuing them on the road or killing them when they try to flee (ofcourse except armed and dangerous to the society). This incident was really sad for everyone involved especially being the officer's first time to shoot. Hope the people and families involved find peace.
Now to they keep finding all white jury's for every case how is that possible??
Critical issues (1) Peoples' Constitutional Right to Protection Under the Law; and (2) Officer Sworn Duty to uphold that Law. Floyd's actions violated the law, Officer's, police procedures resulted in unfortunate ending.

Had the person drove off evading capture, who would the victim? The general public? It just happened during a parade. Sadly some people don’t train their kids properly. Like shut up and listen. Sure the cops need more training too.

If this IS an issue of race or individual autonomy, which has been brought to my attention, inevitably…then know that the first indication of a race war, or autonomous rebellion, will be actions against arresting police officers in civil, or not so civil, disobedience. Non-compliance to police orders may result in death…to the the suspect, officers or bystanders, either by the officer's hand, or suspect's. In any circumstance, if civil disobedience is predominantely carried out by people of colour, in particular, black people, and met with force by police, it stands to reason a race war is in effect, or at least a show of autonomous solidarity. Sometimes those officers may be people of colour too. But it won't change the nature of the protest or stand for unrequited justice, if that's the intention.
Resistance IS futile unless war is declared. There won't be community support for injustice that will also be supported by law enforcement if laws are broken. Anarchy will simply NOT BE CONDONED by the government without it passing in congress & the proper channels. So resisting arrest IS a form of insurrection & civil disobedience that has been & will be met with force, potential death & acquittal of prevailing officers charged with manslaughter. As soon as people take to the streets in unsupported protest, they once again take their lives & those of others in their own hands. It seems like a repetetive wheel, and by definition, insane.
Change by law. The people with the guns concur. If there are people with guns who disagree, declare it. I don't see THAT brand of courage. Revolution is & has always been a life or death stand for justice or against injustice. The peaceful means & procedures are clearly defined and they don't result in death.

I am so disgusted that prosecutor had audacity of mentioning Daunte Wright's childhood dream and claiming it was Officer Potter ruined the dream!
With or with the incident, it would be no doubt Daunte had no possible to become he had dream of as a kid, he would be lucky to live pass 30 years old! It is Because of the choice he made, the people he associated with; and more importantly, because there are people like this prosecutor, who emboldens the criminal behaviors such as Daunte did of grabbing guns in front of the police, wrongfully accused the office Potter, who gives what it takes to make a better society, to create a society that kids like Daunte Wright would have a chance to realize their dream.
