  3. I was not expecting her to be all there. Sorry sister Jean, you got this. I prejudged you. Anybody that can sit thru any sporting event is tougher than I am. I just never could see the point to any of it. I'm not saying I think sports people are wrong, I'm just saying I don't understand why anyone would ever waste their time on such a flimsy contrivance. It's a fake battle, with made up rules and arbitrary scoring systems. I don't understand how or why it or any other contest ever became relevant? I apparently am missing some part of why sports are important. The values displayed are merely a facade. Nobody on the floor or in the stands will carry any lessons with them unless it involves crushing people. I guess sports used to be used to keep cities young people from destroying neighbouring cities , but that isn't actually working and may actually be having a reverse effect. It certainly doesn't prevent war, so ,what are sports good for? Isn't there always more bad than good that follow these kind of events? Can't parents teach their children not to be baboons swinging from the…..oh yeah, right, never mind ,please continue.
