  1. I’d buy the house just to have an excuse to sit on my porch on my rocking chair with my remington rifle Deliverance style and shoot the stalker when I see them. Technically it wouldnt be murder cuz they sent those threatening letters

  2. The entire country of USA cannot possibly be this weird and bizarre.. I'm Canadian, and have see some weird-ass shizznitt and people, but generally, people scrap with us OUTSIDE, but know not to screw with us in our homes , because they don't want to break in and get stabbed, in USA they don't seem to care even that you have a machine gun at your disposal 4 dire emergencies

  3. Personally, I think the Watcher was just trying to scare them out of the house. I think perhaps he or she was slightly jealous of the fact that they couldn't have the house. I believe it was a woman. I believe she's always wanted the house ever since she was a little girl, and for whatever reason, she couldn't have it and I think it sent her over the edge. And now she's just consumed by the idea of owning the house.

  4. The fact that the writer answers the question on how he/she can know so I’m much of the movement and what goes on in the house isn’t because of the windows or doors… I guarantee he/she has listening devices in walls/vents!

  5. Might wanna sweep the house for hidden spy cameras or recording devices, that maybe this "watcher" person might have strategically placed in there, prior?

  6. They are that scared to move in? Why? Watch back with some optics sights and protect your home and yourself. Beautiful home though Goodluck to that family. Sad 🤷🏻‍♂️

  7. I cannot believe they would take such a loss, 400k…and not even THINK first about maybe investing like 100k in some security cameras to catch this twisted fu@k!! Unbelievable.
    *Shout out to #MrBallen 😉

  8. Does anybody know about the history of this area a man named John list murdered his family in the same spot that house got built on the original John list house got burned down years after he killed his family and he end up getting Incarcerated so long story short people believe that he is haunting the area and somebody else that’s been living in the same area since it happened is sending the threatening letters to try to keep the weirdness going on Nd to make people believe the house is really haunted

  9. I don't have much to lose. I would have moved in and called " The Watcher's" bluff. This turd is a sore loser who probably grew up in that house and was left out of the inheritance.

  10. If it was us Mexicans we probably would have had 3 or 4 generations extended family living in there 4 or 5 pit bulls surveillance cameras guns and the all mighty CHANGLA. MAN I LOVE MY RAZA

  11. One of the watchers letters, he mentions the basement, and that the children would be scared to go down there because if they screamed their parents wouldn't hear them from the other side of the house. And he mentions in the letters that he asks them "have you checked the walls yet". I don't know why they did not even look into that. A very very good stethoscope would be very sensitive to picking up any sound or breathing etc. So, they should have invested in that, as well as a very powerful hand gun. And there has been apparently murders done in that house. And they tried to sue the former owners for not telling about this demon from hell.

  12. This seems like a thing a woman would do. Lol,I can say this I am one, it's not sexist. I also say it because as a criminal justice major those who usually did this were women, very few men, especially now a days. That or a very emotional man I guess lol. I prefer men over women no offense. Men get more mad and punch things and move on and women hold grudges for centuries and let it fester and scheme.
