So before the vaccine, did she keep working? Why she didn’t turn in the plant to the health dept if no running water? No masks provided? Why keep going to work & complain? If you have the company reported to OSHA & Health Dept, maybe you can have a safe workplace.

This is why I left McDonald's 36 inch wide kitchen 15 feet long with up to 6 people crammed in and no masks permitted until last May and then only permitted and not required and most won't wear masks.
They need to communicate with government. I will contact my reps and tell them to get this taken care of. Contact your state and federal reps and tell them the same.
