8. The shooter worked there 20+ years and had been harassed by the coworkers who were always making racists comments towards him. He faced racial discrimination for years. The "victims" had put a noose on his locker along with spade cards, literally making the shooter work days a living hell. He even filed 2 civil suits and nothing was done! The company didn't do anything about it So when he got fired, due to harassment, that blew a fkn gasket as it would anyone else who put up with bullshit just keep a job So he snapped! I have 2 family members that work at MolsonCoors that said the shooter was a really cool guy, He was just to the edge. They also said he let everyone go, didn't hurt or harm no one else ONLY the coworkers that harassed him for years! He took all he could take and THE MEDIA will not tell the truth behind the back story. It's rare that black people do mass shootings unless there's a REASON. Honestly, He had a REASON! I dont feel bad for those racists ass victims! Sorry not sorry🤷‍♀️
