    Those teens will have the rest of their lives to think about they could be in California if teens just got arrested and paid a fine.

  5. Finnegan and his friend, Gabriel of Marin County, were on a street corner to meet a drug dealer. But, two police officers in plainclothes approached and immediately assaulted them instead, being called by a drug dealer. (Red Flag)

    Finnegan Elder testified on March 1st, "Those undercover officer's immediately attacked us, without announcing or identifying themselves as police officers." (Red Flag.)

    Elder said, "After several stabs, he grabbed my hand, which was holding the knife, and tried to turn it against me, and stab me in return." (Corruption?)

    Craig pointed out the problems with the prosecution's case. Supervisors in the Italian police force, the Carabinieri, said Cerciello partner did not have time to fire his weapon at the fleeing Americans. (Lie)

    And the officer's superiors tried to lie for them, (Corruption) Telling reporters they had recovered handguns from the officers that night. (Lie)

    Then, it became clear that both officers did not bring their service weapons, and their police badges, or their handcuffs to the meeting (Meeting?) With the Americans that early morning. (The police department was aware of this situation before, it happen) (Italians are well known for corruption, especially, police departments)

    Peters argued, "Ultimately, the officers made some really bad decisions, as well. And if those police officers bad decisions, not been made, Cerciello would be here today, had the Carabinieri simply followed protocols for an undercover operation. " (Corruption?)

    Another disturbing problem was a cell phone video of Gabriel blindfolded at the police station, video taken by the officer he had struggled with just hours ago. (Corruption) (Possibly sending it to the drug dealer, and others associated with them) (Possibly with the Lawyer accusing them too) (The lawyer wants them dead)

    The Lawyer has asked for life sentences for the Americans. (Corruption?)

    The Police roughed up his son in the hours after his arrest. (Corruption?)

    Ethan Elder says, "The 'confession' Finn gave to the police came after eight hours of him being Assaulted, Kicked, spit on and stood on; different interrogators, none of them speak English, came in to interview him and forced the words they wanted to hear." A photograph leaked from the Carabinieri shows Natale handcuffed and blindfolded before police questioned him. (Abuse of power, and Corruption) (Did not want the victim to identify the corrupted Officers)

    One of them said, 'I don't have an hour to decide if you have an Italian lawyer! ' Right before they hung up we heard our son's voice: 'Mom, they're saying I killed a cop. ' (Officers threatening them before the arrest?)

    Ethan Elder tells the I-Team, in his son's statement to the Italian police, Finnegan says the teens never demanded cocaine, only asked for their money back. (Lie from the police?)

    "Instead, the boys were assaulted by two men in plain clothes who turned out to be officers of the Carabinieri. In the ensuing struggle, Finn stabbed Officer Mario Cerciello Rega," said Elder. (Corruption)

    Investigators say the teens had planned to return a backpack they had stolen after a drug deal went bad, in exchange for 80 Euros and a gram of cocaine. (Possibly a lie, they never wanted cocaine.)

    "Why were the cops in plain clothes, dressed in T-shirts and shorts, when they assaulted the teens at 3 am immediately? Why did both officers not have a gun, a badge or even handcuffs with them in order to apprehend their targets? Why were they responding to a call from a drug dealer who had helped the Americans in an illegal drug activity? " Writes Ethan Elder. (Corruption)

    He adds, "How did a 150 pound boy overpower the 253 pound Rega, as his partner claimed? (Stab wounds) Gabe, who speaks Italian, did not say that the Carabinieri had identified themselves, as the police report

    Officer Rega's partner Had reported the 'Two boys' were North African; Finn and Gabe are clearly Caucasian. (Lie)

    Now we have a trial date of February 26, 2020. It could last six months, we've been told, and meanwhile we continue to amass evidence and battle misinformation. (Who's the drug dealer?)

    Just before Thanksgiving an Italian paper reported that the prosecution had transcripts from our private conversations with Finn in jail, and that he admitted to knowing they were cops. (A lie) (Forced him to falsely admit something that wasn't true)

    But the reports were a lie. We have viewed the recordings and know what was actually said. We must fight each lie with the truth to learn what actually happened that night. (Corruption)

    It would seem, that the Carabinieri department is full of Corruption, possibly with a history of working with drug dealers for money and more. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  28. Here is a very specific piece of information. These two cops, were specifically dressed in plain clothes working "undercover". The one cop is now saying that they showed their badges (NOT that they said they were cops, just that they showed a badge) when they approached the boys. The boys are claiming they had no idea the two were cops. I find that VERY hard to believe badges were shown, considering they were working this "undercover". In light of Italy's police past being under scrutiny for mistreatment and intimidation and officers involved in this case who have already been disciplined after a criminal investigation of the officers proved they violated these boys rights, they clearly are very untrustworthy. Im not buying it. That cop who is now saying they showed badges?? Liar! I in no way defend what these boys did. Taking a backpack from someone, then extorting that person is wrong & criminal. I just do not believe these boys murdered a "policeman".

  29. Well I will say or ask how is someone to know said person is a cop if they're plain clothes and unarmed to me that kinda does say self defense however that does not condone they're actions with the back pack seems like a really tough way to get some coke

  30. Stabbing someone 11 times is not self defense. Stabbing someone at most 3 times would be self defense. But stabbing someone 11 times falls under the “you’re angry, and I’m gonna kill you” category.

  35. Self defense in the comittance of a litany of crimes is a weak ass defense. Their families might want to just get a summer house in Italy because I highly doubt these idiots are getting out anytime soon.
