  1. When she says things like "I wouldn't change a thing we always traveled down secluded roads" or whatever that's what really chills me to the bone and tells me she's absolutely guilty. What mother or father or anyone for that matter wouldn't say something like "I'd give the world to change that night" or "if only I hadn't gone down that road." She was so ego driven she never admitted what she did that night put her and her children in harm's way. She said things like that and worse to reporters. Watching and listening to her dig her own grave is vey satisfying because it really helped convict her.

  2. Where is the kids Dad in all this? You don't see him at the hospital and then I find out her kids are put in foster care? That makes him look almost as bad as her.

  3. Is this the wild west?
Why bother with due process when you have the arrogant Nancy Grace acting as Judge, Jury and Executioner!
After all these years protesting her innocence Diane Downes may be innocent, ever considered that? No thought not.

  4. FYI since the remaining videos weren't uploaded, here is the rest of the story. Diane was convicted of one count of murder and 2 counts of attempted murder. She was sentenced to life in prison + 50 years. The two children who survived the shooting were adopted by the lead prosecutor on the case. The child she was pregnant with at the trial was adopted by another family. At one point, Diane escaped prison and shacked up with some man for a few days until she was found and taken back into custody. She received additional time on her sentence for this. She is now in her 60s and remains incarcerated.
