It's unfortunate that this war is happening and that many are dying. Unfortunately decisions that some people make in the world have consequences because of greed. Many years ago, the US placed weapon in Alaska pointed towards the Soviet Union. We came close to a 3rd world war. This time the US has not only moved military personnel closer to Russia but also weapons. Obviously, Russia wants to protect it's people from this "quiet" aggression that we don't hear about on the news. Ukraine has also started negotiations with US to join NATO. Why does the US want Ukraine to join NATO? Well to move weapons and personnel even closer to Russia. Putin wants to avoid that, hense the invasion. Ukraine is not being invaded for any other reason. If has no interest in Ukraine other than the above reasons. Don't believe in what you hear on TV!
