    which states on WEEK 11 the baby can FEEL if the belly is gently poked on mom, is KICKING and STRETCHING, almost fully developed. Look at the pictures – the fetus looks like a developed baby. I was told at the appointment the fetus was just tissue – the same lie told today despite the advanced technology showing the truth. Many women do not discover they are pregnant until 6 weeks have already passed. – heartbeat and brain waves are present. The babys have bodies and rights also. Murder is not a right.

  2. All actions have consequences. To be clear, people have the right to choose. However, if you choose to kill, you will suffer the consequences of that action. The question people need to consider: Is one moment of convenience worth that consequence? Furthermore, if you act on your right to choose to do something, others should have the right to act on their choice to prevent you from doing it or act on their right to choose to punish you for doing it.

    This is why we have laws and why those laws should reflect the highest moral standards of the society they serve. A law that simply protects a right to choose is not moral as morality is something that can be chosen. We can choose to follow the laws, we can choose to be moral, these choices can be arbitrary but like all choices, acting on them have consequences. An arbitrary law will not be just and by default becomes immoral. Law and morality need to be absolute to promote order and deliver justice, without absolute laws and morality, we will have chaos and injustice.

    Abortion is not moral because it is both an action and a choice to commit that action. Abortion is in fact immoral because morality will determine that an unborn baby has the right to live just as you or I have the right to live. Therefore If a law protects that choice then the law becomes unjust and ultimately immoral.

    This is a bit of logic wordplay and I hope it promotes some critical thought. Feel free to choose to listen to it, or not; but your choice will not change morality no matter how much you seek to justify your actions

  4. We cannot support this.because although mum breath for baby.he also a another human being in her body.we can see doctors say when pregnant women is happy baby also happy.it can feel pain,sad,hunger,happy.
    When it a abortion it must be on request from mother when it a rape,when it a downsydrom baby or when is very difficult to give birth in economical,social problems.before there must be places to protect them.and must have some counsel s for her and parents.or we can seek a husband to marry her.and when it a sex if there is no marriage,permanent relationships using condoms.must be legal.some women pregnant in casual sex.and we cannot force men to get responsibility.and the previous law also must restored because of rape,teen pregnancies,when a women don' t have even a family.but it is shame to do like this.because mum love kids from when she feel pregnant.so these women are shame to this.there not mums some women rights.if it is women right man also have right because fetus made with his sperms also.so it is his life no one can harm their life.

Even this sentence Shows arrogance and to some degree even nationalism, and oh Boy, let me tell as a German, such phrases are not a good thing, because you are not going to try to improve your country if it is already the best Place. So for your own sake, change your democratic System to a parliamentary democracy. Let’s be honest, how eating egg is an abusive and a come to vegetarian people and they have rights to not kill an egg but once they get pregnant they have rights to kill their fetus?! Exactly a fetus is more worthy than a breakfast egg that can’t be eaten by vegetarians cuz they believe it’s alive and a crime to eat an egg. Abortion is a crime and should always be considered a crime no matter which trimester. Even if it happened by rape, don’t abort, just find someone else to adopt it. If the child is genetically not ok, send him to adoption too. No excuse. Don’t abort, take care of it for 9 months deliver it then decide who should take care of it.

  13. America is just becoming this weird place where men dressed as woman have more rights as woman than actual females do. The rest of us in the world are just happy watching the train wreck happen. you have some of the worst public schooling in the devloped world in academic results and being heavily overcrowded. this decision will help neither. Americans just seem to make decisions on childish emotions and its pathetic.

  14. I really feel sorry for American women that they have to return to the Dark Ages of having their rights removed. I grew up in South Africa in the 70's when abortion was illegal and so many women had illegal backstreet abortions some dying in a pool of blood. Banning abortion will never stop a desperate woman from having one and no baby deserves to come into this world unwanted to a horrific existence.

The never ending topic. and, laws that will never work. its really soooo simple. ban it = resurgence of falling down stair , pills , gallons of alcohol , coat hangers , some other often lethal method. unwanted children / rape babies = abused abandoned , foster care , deformed , if lucky as a minority loved. once passed the lifeless clump of cells stage then its wrong and, a statue of limitations needs to be enforced. otherwise ban cutting out cancer cells "that's also technically living tissue as is bacteria" funny how religion which is seperate from state will kill the bacteria and, cancer cells without a thought. but really most don't practice remotely half of x book anyway.

  21. They’re not taking your choice to have an abortion away. It is the same as they didn’t take our choice away to murder someone else. Our free will is not being compromised. All their saying is now it is illegal to do so and now you have jail/prison time if caught. Majority of the time the human on the opposite end of a murder scene did not consent to being murdered either. Life begins at conception. You have to supply oxygen/nutrients to the baby through the umbilical cord. Without oxygen/nutrients it needs, it can’t grow. It’s the same as a 7-year old child or any human for that matter can’t grow without oxygen/water/food. Without oxygen/food/water you’re dead.

  29. I'm not religious . The only religion I follow is preserving LIFE. I want to save animals, the environment, plants, babies of all species. I don't have the stomach to put the knife on a womb and say I'm okay with it because it's just not me maybe to some it's okay they got there opinions but I ask those who are pro abortionist. Would you hold a knife to the womb of another living being? If you can do it than makes me wonder what else are you capable of. I wouldn't abort you if you were in my womb because I want to give you a chance to live and if you grow up to not wanting to be alive than go ahead blow your head up but let that be a conscious adult decision that you will make on your own. I'm not God and I don't like playing that role and say who gets to be born I'm not the devil and I don't like taking lives. I'm a human with no religion and my faith is keep the preservation of life to the best of my knowledge. I hope when you look into your loved ones eyes or in the mirror you can see someone decided to give you life to you or your loved one and you weren't rob from coming into existence into these world.
    But please don't take away the opportunity for a fetus/baby let them decide on there own terms when they are old enough if life is what they want to continue to have.
    Unless the pregnancy is ectopic and wouldn't be successful of course theres exceptions but if it's a healthy pregnancy than just let it be theres adoption. So many couples like me can't have kids and hurts us when you terminate a blessing. Be safe take care and take care of your bodies.

  30. Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, it should become illegal for men to leave pregnant women. If women can't back out of becoming a parent, men shouldn't be able to either.
