9. It was the correct home. They had a warrant for Breonna Taylor. They knocked AND announced. Kenneth admitted to shooting. Police returned fired. Kenneth should be charged with murder, and attempted murder on each officer that was there. He knew exactly who they were.

If the cops banged on the door for 30-90 seconds then the plain clothed (not very plan clothes to wear gloves so I’m making an assumption here) hand prints should be all over the door. This will either partially back up, or be in antithesis to, the officers’ accounts.

28. If a gun is registered for my address for my home defense then my gun shouldn't be in another's address who has no gun ownership. So if you want to change a law ask yourselves why wasn't this new boyfriend registering his gun with Beonna Taylor's address if he was living there, that would have given investigators more accuracy for a no knock raid.
