If police need wait for 5, 10, or 70 minutes, for whatever the reason, before confronting a massacre, you must fire them and start over. If they are regularly abusiive to brown skin, fire them immediately and start over. Etc……….! The most important commodity is trust.

You know the saying, actions speaks louder than words? “The only thing that was important to me at this time was to save as many teachers and children as possible.” So there were 36 teachers and students and 21 of them got killed.
