8. I lived on the Southside of Milwaukee for one year. I moved there from Chicago in 2008. I was surprised that Milwaukee was just as segregated as Chicago if not more. People need to highlight that the majority ensure to keep Blacks in their place. And they say racism don't exist.

They compare which group pays off the loans, which group for what ever reason doesnt pay off the loan etc. Thats how banks make a decision on who gets a loan and who doesnt. Is it fair? Absolutely not however thats how the real world operates. Sadly if your black or brown you can have the greatest credit score but you will have to give more than just the 20% down if you want a bank to approve a loan.
