  14. well if the assets the oligarch has are frozen but password protected, maybe the kremlin has those passwords but want to transfer these funds to a NEW oligarch… can't do that if another person has the passwords right? bump off the guy who's using them now so you can get to the funds because he's dead…no need to sanction a dead guy after all… then those accounts may be reachable right??? its' not like someone else can claim the funds IF someone still has the password. eh… idk how it works, i'll never have one of these types of accounts. but that is my thought… the x oligarch is probably the target but the nerve agent is an area effect so it hit the others at the table, elevator or other "space" it was released in. i would assume another guest or even staff of the site they went to… i mean hand a maid a thousand dollars to take a day off and taking their place or bumping them off, wouldn't be completely out of the realm of spies and such… i wonder if any of the staff have since vanished?…. why do i think it could be an area effect release? skin contact in the face… only 2 ways to get it on a persons face either by them walking into a plumb of it at the right height, posibly in a skin care product or mist release mechanism or 2ndary contact from something that gets on the hands, that because of human nature comes into contact next with the eyes and because the eyes hurt, the face… the skin on your hands is usually far thicker so doesn't react as much as thinner skinned parts of the anatomy… such as the eyes and facial tissue… that's why…. come to think of it…. ice cubes? if you made ice cubes and laced them with it just before you gave them the drink the vapor the ice cubes create would be directly exposed to the eyes and face… maybe that is how?… i mean you'll drink some of it too… but if you don't ingest enough.. or absorb enough you might survive right? sorry that last one came to me just as i was going to end the text.
