  1. Alec Baldwin should have stuck to doing Donald Trump made a career out of it I don't know why it's trying to do some stupid western movie and it sounds like everybody working on this movie was a stuck-up a*****

  2. I read the police are investigating this ammo supplier on criminal issues; and it looks, to me, like it did come from him, so that would make him involved. As for the armorer, she says she checked the rounds before loading them in the gun. And the only other person to handle it afterwards – was the asst director. Both the armorer and the asst director have negative allegations about their level of professionalism with gun props, and from prior movies. And both of them seem to contradict each other in terms of what actually happened in the chain of transmission. But based on both versions (as far as I've read), she'd be definitely implicated either way, to lesser or greater extents – and he wouldn't be, according to his version. Baldwin doesn't seem to me to be criminally implicated at all since he was the actor – it's the same as the Brandon Lee case. Though Baldwin might have civil liability as one of the whole group of producers. Now there are two more responsible people no one talks about – who were also there on the set – and weirdly it's the director, who was also shot, and more tragically and sadly, Hutchins, who died. But as the cinematographer, she was directing or supervising Baldwin in this scene. And .. isn't the director himself supposed to be supervising what goes on, overall, on the set? Which would include whether or not the armorer was present, as she should have been when they were filming the use of the gun?

  3. The armorer wasn't considered "essential" and wasn't permitted on the set when the "rehearsal" happened. She can only do what her employer contracts her to do, and is part of the reason some people had already left the set because of unsafe practices. The ultimate responsibility lays on the person with the gun in his hand. It would have taken less than 30 seconds to spin through that cylinder and check the rounds. Since it was "only" a lighting check, he could have completely unloaded the weapon. Otherwise, according to industry standards, a sheet of polycarbonate is supposed to be between the one holding the weapon and anyone else. This death and the injury to the other lies solely on Baldwin as not only the one who held the weapon, but as the one producing the film. On so many levels this could have been avoided. In my opinion, he is guilty of egregious negligence and should be criminally charged.

  4. He lucky he didnt aim it at himself, but you always treat a gun as if it's loaded, and never aim it at anyone even if it's not loaded.
Guns are not toys and people still play with them but dont realize they can kill em!
"We test them to make sure they were fake bullets.'
Yeah sure you did when you are framing the man!
    Liars!!
Hollywood is full of some real nuts and putting the blame on him only proves even more how wrong people are!

  5. Good for her 👍 it’s not her fault, it’s 100% the fault & total responsibility of the Handler of the gun & that = Alec Baldwin 😑

  6. I’m sorry, but who hired her? Oh, the same guy who said she’s to blame for him aiming a gun at someone and pulling the trigger?? I dunno man, feels like an interesting way out of murder is to hire an incompetent armorer. It’s a joke.

  7. Let's look at two possibilities:
    (1) The prop company did put a live ammunition round in a box of prop ammunitions. The prop company is fully responsible for negligence involving a homicide.
(2). The 23yrs old Armorer, with very little firearms experience did not fully conduct a safety check of all firearms and prop ammunitions before and after the negligent discharged, resulting in a homicide. Then, the 23yrs old Armorer is fully responsible for negligence and negligent homicide.

  8. Something more sinister at work here.
Alec Baldwin should keep his mouth shut and give up his dam phone to the cops. There is a lot of life insurance money at play here and things people do for money is sometimes shocking!!!

  9. If you drive up to the snow, and slide into a tree killing a passenger or injuring another party, you don't go suing the tire company or car manufacturer because they advertised their product to be "Open Country" or "Tough Terrain" … It is at the driver's discretion to make sure all safety protocols are in place so you and the one's around are safe. It's not the bullets or the guns fault… It's the person wielding the gun that has control of where that bullet, prop or real, will end up.

  10. There are several people responsible for this, by deflecting and spreading the blame around the overall goal is to avoid criminal prosecution and to minimize civil litigation- the armorer seems most responsible though, normally, but since they gave her two jobs and stretched her thin and didn't let her focus on this critical responsibility this spreads the blame around some.

  11. The live rounds that were found on the set were quite unique and have been traced back to Seth Kenny's company PDQ. Why is Seth denying that the live rounds came from him? Probably because they were never ordered. So was it his fault that live rounds were sent or was something else going on? This is the same person who was supposedly acting as Hannah's mentor but refused to process the accidental discharge caused by Sarah claiming "accidents happen" Hardly a professional approach. Yet Hannah wanted to do the right thing but was silenced by him. That is the definition of a cover-up.

  13. Knowing how to secure your financial well-being is one of the most important things you’ll ever need in life. You don’t have to be a genius to do it. You just need to know a few basics, form a plan, and be ready to stick to it. No matter how much or little money you have, the important thing is to educate yourself about your opportunities.

  15. 🚩ALEC BALDWIN'S NEGLIGENCE: Baldwin is not the victim! Halyna Hutchins was the victim. He literally was caught with the smoking gun in his hands! She is not his daughter, wife, or mother who died!🚩You can die from disease or homicide. The victim did not die of a disease. It was not a justifiable homicide of self-defense. It was not the homicide of suicide. It is claimed it was not a murder of deliberate suicide. That only leaves negligent homicide.🚩 If one of us did as he did, we'd be in jail or on our way to prison. Alec Baldwin should have been indicted for negligent homicide the day it happened. The cart did not aim or fire the weapon. If the cart were unattended for 120 seconds, much less 120 minutes a shell could have been loaded, but it was not an inanimate object which aimed and cocked the firearm. That Baldwin was not indicted immediately shows there is no such thing as equal justice for all. Alec Baldwin is Hollywood royalty who is assumed to be immune and privileged!!!! There is no such thing as an unavoidable accident. There is only NEGLIGENCE! IT DID NOT MISFIRE. No one but Baldwin pointed the weapon and dropped the hammer. IT WAS FIRED NEGLIGENTLY!! STOP THE MINIMIZING AND JUSTIFYING OF Alec Baldwin!🚩
