This is so unfortunate. Parents if not doing so, take time in the morning as a routine to stand at the bus stop with your child or children. Assure that child gets on the bus, in the afternoon wait for your child assure he or she walks hand and hand with you. No one is safe anymore and as you can see not even in your own yard. Keep in mind most witnesses aren't going to defend such as a neighbor so if you yourself are there you could protect your child from any form of danger. A child can't defend another child like an adult can, be cautious! I would carry a weapon while waiting because in the time we as people live in, you just can't trust your surroundings.
