Good. It seems small but it’s a step in the right direction and helps to eradicate some of the systematic racism in the sport. The next thing I would do if I was the NFL is start limiting the amount of whites that are drafted each year. Maybe start with 5% less or something and just keep doing that every year until there’s no more in the sport. The way I see it, whites have a framework that allows them to have any number of jobs in this country so it’s kind of silly that we have them play sports when it really should just be a fully black institution at this point
