Minorities?? 60% of all positions held in the NFL are held by Black people. This number does not just players…it also includes coaching staff, referees, front office personal etc. In America according to the 2020 US census, 12% of the population are Black yet diversity is extremely over-exaggerated in the US specifically I. The Black race category. In fact if you ask anyone in the US the majority of people believe that the Black population in the US is between 30-45% compared to the actual 12% in reality. This is because of the over diversification ideology plaguing the US and is in itself, Racism!

As a woman, this is highly offensive… Imagine being hired for a role SOLELY because of your gender/color? Have we no pride?
What an awful feeling that must be for the black coaches that do get hired under these new criteria. They will now have to go their whole career with that stigma attached. I was hired because I'm black and they HAD to hire me, not because they actually feel I'm the most qualified. Imagine showing up for work everyday wondering if thats what everyone is thinking.
This is a repulsive slap in the face to the hundreds of civil rights activists and leaders who fought, were jailed, and died fighting for a better life for black Americans.
At the end of it all, decades and decades later, through all the blood, and tears, they end up with rich white owners saying: You WILL hire a black person regardless of qualifications or fit, otherwise you will be punished.

It doesn't make any sense to hire someone to coach a professional sports team when she has never played or coached the sport at any level. All racial & gender quotas do is reduce the quality of performance for all.
