Very easy fix. Make the device not work if it recognizes no extra weight in the other seats. Same as the airbag deployment system does… 👍🐕🙂

Most Tesla owners are too busy focusing on improving their Safety Score to bother playing games. Most didn't even know this was possible. If you wreck your car because you're playing games (on your phone or Tesla screen) while you're driving, that's clearly the driver's fault.
You have to be a special kind of stupid to play a video game while operating a vehicle.
I used to believe that Elon Musk excelled in critical thinking. Not at all now.
Putting something in front of a driver that is purposely meant to distract attention away from driving is completely ridiculous.
To say that it's meant for passengers is a non-thinking excuse for it since if a passenger were to be the only one actually using it there could still be a significant amount of visual and mental distraction since it is obvious to presume that the drivers attention would still be drawn to the passengers game progression either by encouragement or just plain curiosity.
I like to try and give benefit of the doubt when I can but this whole idea is moronic. Texting while driving seems far less distracting compared to this.
This shouldn’t be in a car. Maybe the BACK seats or something else. Not where the driver can access it. Temptation is in all of us.

Should have a camera/sensor that tells the car not to allow video games to be played if the driver is the only occupant of the vehicle while the vehicle is rolling.
