  1. Everybody talks about the human and environmental aspects of non-dairy milk. What if we do it as well for the animals?

    Trapped in a cycle of forced impregnation, perpetual lactation and near constant confinement, most dairy cows’ overworked bodies begin producing less milk at around 4 to 5 years of age, at which point they are slaughtered. In natural conditions, cows can live 20 to 25 years.

  2. Ok but I’m super into dairy.. but I’ve also tried some dairy substitutes with mixed reviews from me. The only one I really really like is oat milk. Oatly is the brand I started with! I like the texture more than others like almond milk or coconut milk that feel too “thin” for me (coconut milk is pretty watery 🤢).
