16. Simple solution to end this conflict. Ukraine needs to talk to the separatists (as per the Minsk peace agreements). Allow all Ukrainian citizens the choice to speak Russian at their workplace. Restore those churches who wish to be aligned with the Russian Orthodox Church. These are basic western democratic values (language and religion).
