7. With an atmosphere equal to 1% the density of Earth, helicopter flight on Mars would be the least efficient method of propulsion from what I gather. Helicopters on Earth struggle at 21,000 feet, but there is still enough density in the atmosphere to breathe. So are we trying to prove something about the Mars atmosphere or just wasting time and resources?
