33. I live in Croatia, EU. We have lots of measures but they are mostly not mandated, and those few that are madated are inforced like a minor traffic violation. Gvmt wants to take more power, but is unable to do so, cause nobody cares about them. Post Office and Police have prioritized citizens over restrictions. General atmosphere is about show of respect and comitment to being carefull to olders by wearing mask.
