  1. Pennsylvania is well known for have corrupt sheriffs departments in their little towns. It’s literally more common to find a corrupt cop than an honest cop in small town PA.

  2. Having worked with children for over 14 years I know from experience that childrens stories change the more adults ask them questions …this isn't because they are deliberately lying .It happens because when children become aware that the answer they are providing to an adult is deemed unsatisfactory (even when its true) they will change the story to please the adult or to meet that adults expectations ! We must always be mindful of the serious balance of power between an adult and a child (something the child is only too aware of ,but which adults often forget) If that adult is also a Police Officer the power gap is even bigger !…Maybe Police need a course in Child Development before they are put in the position of judging and questioning a child ! This case is so upsetting ! A child changing their story is NOT the same as when an adult does ! However the bias in this story is chilling. The police are thrilled when Janessa changes her story and adds details and prefer her new version of events but when Jordan changes his story and adds details the SAME police view the same behasviour as incriminating and sinister and proof he comitted murder !

  3. ok. so when Jordans’ story “changes”, there’s a huge issue but when the 7 year old daughters story changes, they automatically believe it. i’m not saying she was lying but they were CHILDREN. stories change.

  4. Not generalising but these cops need people to tell them that they are super stupid. He is a god damn 11 year old and just cus he cried and acted “suspicious” doesn’t mean is the murderer. Stupid detectives. “What i see is a mugshot of a kid who just committed murder” shut up
“His information changed” can you just stfu. She changed like the whole god damn timeline and you arrested jordan. All these prosecutors are super stupid

  5. interviewer- “you have to be realllyyy sure”
cop – “you have to be sure enough to charge him” .. LIKE WHATTTTT .??? You have to KNOW FORSUREEE to charge somebody.. not just a probably or it’s possible
