Reading some of these comments, let me educate you!!! The mother THOUGHT it was the white man in the truck, along with 4 other witnesses. Why???.. You may ask, because she was just shot along with her precious daughter, may she rest peacefully, and that's the vehicle they 👀 when they looked. It was chaotic and the red truck with the white man sped off. Of course, we know now he was just fleeing, like anyone would! Also the actual shooters took off in the opposite direction.
