They never even said if she was guilty of the hit and run to begin with. I feel like this was absolutely a case of racial profiling and this poor lady was in the wrong place at the wrong time. That cop was on a mission to get an arrest come hell or high water and he didn't care if he got the right person he just wanted the arrest and used unnecessary brutal force to get it. And someone needs to beat him with a baton and kick him in his teeth, let's see how much he likes it.. im so sorry that happened to her.
