No matter what this young man was doing, it didn't warrent a death penalty. I hope these men get life in prison.

The McMichaels were literally standing their grounds when a man they had been chasing a few minutes ago ran up and attacked them forcing them to defend themselves… it would have been reasonable for Amaud to defend himself against the McMichaels when they initially approached him had they been pointing guns but after they stopped chasing him he had no reason to run down the street, around the truck and try to forcibly disarm Travis
the McMichaels had stopped chasing Ahmaud and we're literally standing their ground on the phone with 911 when he ran directly at them from a distance longer than a football field and attacked
The McMichaels had Decades of professional law-enforcement experience between the two of them and knew better than to point their weapons at a suspect who wasn't yet a threat to them but when he was running directly at them he was very much a threat🙂

OMG…. I just walked into the room and saw a video Of the shooting. I was so shaken I could not control my shaking. Why is there even any question? It is clear to me that this poor young man was deliberately ginned down and killed in cold blood.
Citizens arrest for what?
He was jogging, didn't take anything from what they claimed they were hunting him down for and the owner of the property that he went in to take a look and give a wish to someday owning a home like this I'm sure said that his cameras noted and he said that there was nothing taken by Ahmaud Arbery. Many whites visited the property and were not chased down and murdered. This is a travesty!

I wonder why the media constantly shows the same mug photos of the three charged while Arbery pictures of him with bow ties and a suit? Why don’t the press offer Arbery’s mug photo also? I’m not taking sides here but let’s be fair here! The media is so crooked, in my opinion. They are making the viewers perceive those three defendants as looking like career criminals while Ahmaud is someone who isn’t. The reality is Ahmaud is a career criminal with criminal records, and I believe he was under some probation or warrant at the time! Hence running instead of jogging from the law of citizens arrest. I'm trying to be neutral but point out the facts. One last thing that I want to point out is if you didn't do anything wrong, why run away and attempt to grab a gun? The video doesn't lie!
They couldn’t find enough black people to be on the jury box. An all white jury is a recipe for disaster.

The unlawful imprisonment argument will be tough. Aubrey did trespass. So the imprisonment wouldn't be unlawful at that time. If no initial felony was comited then the felony murder wouldn't apply. I guess murder 2 would apply.(then being reckless that cause this death)
The good news is that Ahmaud Arbery hasn't committed a single violent felony since February 23rd of 2020.
The call for jury duty is random but the selection process for intelligent, objective, unbiased, rational, prudent jurors is not which is why the "25% of the area is black" is irrelevant. I wonder what the percentage of intelligent, objective, unbiased, rational, prudent people is … 1%?
