I am Russian. Today average price for 92 octane petroleum is 48 rubbles(0,5$) for 1 litre and 51 rubbles (0,6$) for 95 octane petroleum for 1 litre. I use gas for house heating and pay about 20-30 $ per month in winter, in summer it’s about 5$ for different house needs. Prices in US and EU are just incredible ;(
