Jack Frost was in Russia and China. The King of the North has returned to Canada but he usually tries at the US SE or SW but not both at the same time until now. I’m not surprised at a bit of snow in the L.A. area or the northern half of Florida. I’ve seen frost in mid-Florida as late as March.
