  1. McCain was allowed to lie in State at the Capitol for a week when he died.
    democRATS lined up day after day to sing his praises of the man they HATED FOR DECADES, declaring him to be a racist, a war monger, and dangerous to this country. But because he voted to "save" Obamacare he was suddenly a national hero to democRATS.
    democRATS allowed Dole's casket to remain in the Capitol Rotunda for 24 hours with NO public viewing an NOT ONE HONOR FROM ANYONE ALLOWED.
    Lying in state, according to the Architect of the Capitol, is an honor reserved for “government officials and military officers” and involves laying the casket of the deceased in the Rotunda of the US Capitol, "WHERE THE PUBLIC CAN COME AND OFFER FINAL RESPECTS."
    That ALONE should tell you democRATS hypocrisy and hatred when it comes to the people of this nation and those who have served.

  3. RIP fellow vet. He was good for the country, always like him. He's up there with my dad, uncles and the rest of the WW2 vets. My dad always judged a man by "if he saw combat" and I never understood that until I served. It took a while for my dad to be on the same page with me upon me serving in Vietnam.

  10. Bob Dole a war hero, May he be in peace, he served his country well. I don't know why Joe Biden was there, he was a draft dodger several times over. Biden is just an embarrassment to our country.

  29. There were no heros in WW2. Like all wars it was about profiteering by the bankers and the news media. The war would have happened if hitler had never been born. Dole lost a hand to make the rich richer.

  31. I felt dizzy looking at all those stairs. But I’m sure they walked down them with grace and solemnly. I don’t know who he is because I’m the uk, but always sad that someone has lost a loved one 😢💜
    I’m feeling grateful for his family that a good man spoke at his funeral, not the disrespectful idiot who’s said some terrible things about people who’ve passed.
