The “vaping” products that are making people sick and killing them are not at all the same as the legal nicotine products being banned. It’s incomprehensible how these supposedly educated governors and lawmakers could possibly be unaware of this fact. Vaping legitimate nicotine products has been saving people’s lives, with no illnesses or deaths, since 2007– and they STILL ARE. However, just within the past few months, something new is circulating— only in the USA— and it’s on the black market. People are “vaping” tainted THC cartridges. “Vaping” is a verb, an “action word”, just like eating, drinking, smoking, driving, etc…. There are different vaping products available. Banning flavors and/or any other form of legal nicotine vaping would be the exact equivalent of banning all peach flavored water, and/or ALL bottled water, because some people bought refilled Dasani bottles from street vendors who refilled the Dasani bottles with stagnant, bacteria-filled pond water, drank it, and got sick or died from drinking it. That is EXACTLY what is happening with legal nicotine vaping products right now, and it’s just ludicrous! Not only ludicrous, it’s downright LETHAL for public health- because it will make people either return to smoking, which we know will kill them, or they will turn to the black market, which is exactly the same “market” the products are coming from that actually ARE making people sick and even killing a few. How does this make even one bit of sense? It also won’t help curb youth vaping, either, because it’s the “buzz” that is so appealing to them, not flavors.
If you’ve ever been to SF (myself included) you know that e-cigs are the absolute least of their concern.

get money based on how much cigarettes are sold so, do the math they are
loosing money because more quitting smokers. I thought quitting smoking

tobacco. But that's only in the UK because they are different?? Here
they will do anything to say its bad because, they stand to make a buck
from Big Tabacco.

E-cigarettes are especially dangerous to young people who have never smoked before, as young as sixth graders have been reported to smoke e-cigarettes thinking vaping is just flavored water, news flash, it's not!
