Nearly 20 years ago, Peterson was convicted of killing his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn son and was sentenced to death. Last year, his death sentence was overturned.

  1. Wtf California is so messed up they will probably grant this monster a new trial. He literally rented cars and parked at the lake he threw them in to watch the cops search. If that’s not shady Idk what is!!! Go in your own car and ask the cops if you can help if your so innocent!!!

  3. There are no words to describe how low this retrial and ongoing legal action is. He was convicted. He was found guilty. Leave Lacey’s family alone already. Scott Peterson has no conscience and neither do his lawyers.

  9. I'm happy for him, he can finally find love in general population. I don't think it really matters but now its done for good. This is the only step he could have made in his case. NO way is this guy ever getting out of prison

  10. The Psychopath will not ever admit his killing of Lacey. This is just so sickening. He duped his family and his attorneys unless they are just taking the money… Just so unbelievable; so we are supposed to forget all the evidence – him claiming his wife died before she went missing, his different stories about where he was, his lying and lying and lying to his mistress even down to where he was at during Lacey's memorial (his dumb ass claiming to be in Paris), and the list goes on and on… please let there be a real Hell that this unremorseful demon will spend the rest of his eternity!

  23. I thought there was no such thing as double jeopardy??? Or are there new charges being brought up….. Procedure is still procedure whether he is guilty or not….. In my opinion, which doesn’t matter, I’d say he’s 100 percent guilty in light of all the evidence previously presented…. But even then, we have a procedure in court and it must be followed

  26. The fact that Scott Peterson looks eerily similar/identical to Derek Chauvin with the mask, though. They both showed no remorse or accept the gravity to what they did to the victims, and one day, they will pay the price and suffer the same karma to what they did.

  31. He should’ve received death penalty! Why do we keep these murderer alive for so long, when the victims are no longer here alive?! I don’t understand this mentality! Other crimes I can accept that they may be able to rehabilitate, but these kind of premeditated killings/killers deserve death! Their victims are gone so they should be also. Still claims innocence, it just disgusting! How can he delude himself and his family? Parents and a sister he has. Horrible!

  38. I don't know, I'm still leery about the timeline in the case and the existence of the prison tape. Maybe he did it. But I'm still not one hundred percent convinced. On the other hand, if someone else did it, maybe we'd know by now; someone would have dropped a dime? But the case troubles me. Neighbors who saw her walking were not even called back. That's just bad.

  39. The evidence definitely didn't prove he was Guilty back then. I doubt it would a second time around, but maybe it would. I honestly feel like he was convicted because he was a pig that cheated on his pregnant wife. Yea, things didn't "look good" for him, -things he said or how he acted, but that's not EVIDENCE. There was reasonable doubt.-imo.

  41. Why was he charged with two counts of murder? One for his wife, and one for his unborn baby.

    This hypocrisy, why isn’t a mother charged with murder for an abortion?
