SCOTUS Ruling Restricts Unions From Reaching California Farmworkers
The ruling is based on the constitution as it should be. My opinion
Yeah and you got truckers Union also which the truckers Union is messing around with people especially over here in Florida they're revoking people's licenses by reporting them to the DMV and doing what they want to do Union for the DMV picking on people that don't want to join unions and they want to force them to join unions they can't leave people alone because they're running out of their dirt things And their funds coming in so they want to pick on everybody that's independent or migrants workers
It was a no brainer. The property owner has the right to decide who enters the property.
Two points:
First-This CA law allowing unions to go onto the growers property was passed in 1975 because that was the only way the pickers could be contacted back then to inform the pickers about the union. It is no longer needed due to the pickers now have smart phones, so now the unions main reason to enter the growers' property is to browbeat the pickers into signing up with the union.
Second-How would the three liberal judges have ruled if a conservative state such as Mississippi passed a law allowing Pro-life activist to enter abortion clinics three hours a day for 120 days a year to talk with pregnant woman about alternatives to abortion? The only difference between that and union organizers going onto growers property to talk to pickers is political views.
You can split hairs about the verbiage, but NO one should be allowed on private property if the owner doesn't want it. This is an American principle, or it should be, not a "party" issue. Actually should be a human issue. My property is my property. Leftists don't like that because t's ok for them to just take what they didn't work or earn for, they love spending other people's money. And another example of the leftist media "reporter" giving his OPINION that this is a concern of conservatives. It should be an American concern. They are gaslighting and manipulating us people, wake up, the communism is on our doorstep. When leftists rights are infringed on they are the first to scream victim, they love "identifying" as a victim. And before you go screaming conservative, I used to be a democrat, but the party left me. They have gone too far, biden is destroying our country and this is a win for private citizens who are being completely ignored by this administration. I also challenge anyone to really look at all different newscasts and you can see the editing and the manipulation, I've taken the time to do it. Makes me sick, journalism is dead. It's nothing but leftist opinions being thrown at us to divide us and cause anger and fear, just like his little "conservative" remark. Mainstream media is nothing but a propaganda machine for the left. Let's go back to being fair and actually being able to discuss things without anger and respecting each other's thinking, not attacking someone for it.
