Garland is an honorable and humble man and he always sides with the law. No matter who is breaking it. He will also uphold Our Constitution unlike the last guy who resigned early rather than telling the world what Donald Trump was planning to do on January 6th. He knew . The trail of trump transgressions leading up to the deadly insurrection on Jan 6 includes collusion with Russia, tax fraud, illegal pressure on state elections officials, and using federal offices for political activity and violation of the constitutional provision that prohibits a president from profiting from foreign governments. With the SCOTUS decision permitting release of trump tax documents, the spectacle of trump being hauled off to jail in an orange jump suit inches ever more closely to reality. It is a consummation devoutly to be wished and long overdue.
They're calling this ''critical'' because, since Garland is a white male, they can't use ''historic.''
