Really! Last I checked a thousands of people have been shot at over parking spots, masks, loud music, skin color, buying Skittles, jogging. All right-wing gun nuts murderers.
I'm sure prohibited people will stop coming in for backround checks with this new law.ofcourse we know criminals go in for backround checks all the time and don't obtain there firearms illegally.

The U.S. doesn't have a gun problem. It has a mental health epidemic. Remove Detroit, New Orleans, Baltimore, New York City and Chicago (which have some of the strongest gun laws in the nation) and the Ununited States falls into the lowest 10%tile amongst the earths nations of fatalities stemming from guns. The 5 cities mentioned are also blue. Look up Aaron Sadler Jr., when you go and look at the BufFalo incident. You may just question what the motive of control really is.

I've heard it before. He says they arent violating anyone second amendment rights. I have dealt with people and seen the lies. They are flat out lying. They are literally bullying innocent people and are violating peoples rights. I have yet to see one person take responsibility for what they do. They just manipulate and spin when you do. They even go as far as violating peoples rights.
The “red flag” laws are going to be used by anti-gun groups and their prosecutors to confiscate and incarcerate as they see fit. This is going to get ugly.
