  1. I watched every single frame of the body cam footage of this incident, and I swear I must have been the only one to do so. As Officer Potter approached the car, she had the taser in her right hand. When it became obvious that the driver was not cooperating, she quickly handed the taser over to her left hand. Then she quickly drew her gun with her now free gun hand, yelled taser three times and fired the pistol. She did not pull the wrong weapon as is claimed. She held the taser in her hand and switched hands to be able to draw her pistol. There was a lot more thought process here than reaching for the wrong weapon and discharging it. And there is a whole lot of actual evidence here being overlooked to call this a tragic accident.

  2. Remember folks when one shows emotion that they have regret and feel sympathetic that helps in the sentencing. Now because she is a cop doing that best believe they are gonna go light on her. Now if a regular citizen killed someone by accident and shows remorse most likely they will get no where near what they are offering her and that person could be a priest. Remember they take care of their own.

  3. The reason she could mistake a gun for a taser is she was stupid. In the name of Wokism she was given a job as a police officer. She was too stupid to be a cop.

  4. I guess once again America is telling all black men you're not worth it smh. She got 2 years for this man life. I love all people, so don't take this as an attack. I'm simply saying….. seriously??

  5. Sorry , cops should be held to a higher standard. Two years is a joke. Do pilots get “probation “ and light sentences if they crash a plane? How about doctors. Does their clean criminal record come into play if they kill someone through negligence? What a joke.

  6. I figured it would be a low sentence after all it is manslaughter. I knew someone that was involved in manslaughter and he only got 2 years also.

  7. LOOK at the bright side…..Wright has not committed any felonies or killed anyone since…….if he had lived what do you think he would have continued to do ?

  8. Bullshit cop and judge gave her 24 months this is bullshit should have been 20 years if it had been me I would have been sentenced to the full extreme of the law fucking bitch got by with it . She is a killer and should have been treated assuch.
