When it was my birthday I was dressed as Woody
She's like that little girl, Bonnie, in Toy Story 2. The one where Andy had to give his toys away to her. Bonnie was also waiting outside of her house, and was shy at first.
To start with I thought it was Tom Hanks in the costume in his neighborhood keeping social distancing to keep spirits up.
