14. What a lousy foreign policy Russia must have. Even Belorussians are sneaking out of the country to help the Ukrainians fight and the opposition is telling the Belarus military not to fight. Something the military apparently do not want to do anyway. And every neighbor wants to join NATO. I would call that a failed foreign policy.
    Apparently, Russia has the same per capita GDP as the Maldives. Clearly, the Maldives has a far superior foreign policy, though.
