Former U.S. ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, filed a lawsuit against former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the U.S. government. Sondland is seeking $1.8 million in legal fees he accumulated during the first House impeachment investigation against then-President Donald Trump.
