11. Perfect points. Police should never have such presumption of good intent that even when we have them killing someone intentionally it won't be tried as murder 1 with INTENT to kill. It was absolutely intentional to kneel on his neck until he stopped moving completely and all cops are trained or have the responsibility to know by now that restraining someone on their stomach alone has a high legality rate.
