People aren't going to listen. The only thing you can do is take control and take away reasons to go out. Non essential businesses need to close, and authorities need to ENFORCE it. Essential businesses need to switch to online ordering/curbside pickup wherever possible. Gas stations need to use their midnight boxes (no in-store customers). Shut down all public parks. Groups of 10 or more people should be issued a fine. This is up to government, people are not going to listen or take it seriously until it affects them personally.
So why not shut down the NJ transit system? A lot of people that work in NY live in New Jersey!

Shoprite still packed. I think they should do something like getting gas with Sandy. Use your last name not the license plate. So A,C and so on odd days. Something like that. I worked at Pathmark back in day. And I saw people come in every day.

Governor people are getting infected in essential and non essential workplaces. Workplaces don't have guidelines to prevent the spread of corona virus and more and more people are getting infected in work places, please review who really is essential and provide guidelines to companies in order to avoid direct contact and keep the work place safe. Stay home, stay home is not enough please enforce enforce people still going out.
Its been proved in Europe people won't stay home unless you force them with heavy fines and prison threat your just sentencing more people to death, the planes have practically stopped flying over Europe, if you look at the app flight Aware USA is wall to wall carpeting of planes flying I seriously think Armageddon is is coming to America unless the planes stop flying, God save and help the U,S,A,
