The Lord is not surprised about any of this stuff in what's going on in the world today. He hasn't fallen off the thrown. What he sees is full grown men and women running around acting like kids, fighting with one another, and for what? ALL for nothing is the answer…😁

  2. I have a tenant who hasnt paid me for around 10 months and causing over $3,000 dollars in damage but I cant evict her. The funny part is she been posting status at face look like bought a new car, $700 dog, ipad, iwatch going to parties etc…… Look like she only get sick if I kick her out of the house only but not everything else she do. This is becoming abusive, taking advantage of the only source of income I have and destroying it. I still have to pay for insurance, HOA, taxes etc…….. Please stop this.

  3. The money they offered landlords was chump change with strings attatched the money they gave to tenants was almost as bad. So in the end the landlord gets stuck with property that they can't rent to anyone else, and they still have that they are on their property.
Here's what the landlords are doing now, and they should. They're trying to recomp themselves by charging higher rents to the people who were actually paying their bills, they're letting maintenance slack because they can't afford to pay for the maintenance, and it's creating inflation.
Bottom line the moratorium did nothing but hurt this country.
What they should have done, is insured that people had places to go to, or actually look into an effective means of distributing the money at a local level.

  4. The United States Supreme Court makes decisions based on federal code and state code. You, chuck dodd, do not make the decision because you do not know federal code nor do you know state code, in fact you, dodd, don't know much of anything except maybe how to ride a bicycle. The three dissenting judges technically had no right ir reason to dissent. They know that the center for disease cintrol is not a law making body, the only reason they dissented was to `GRAND-STAND' (they wanted to stand out, even though they knew the votes would go the other way).
    Further explaining:
    1. The landlords have not committed a so-called `TORT' against the tenants.
    2. There is no cause of action against the landlords upon which relief can be granted.
    3. chuck dodd is too stupid to do research on his own story or broadcast
    4. chuck dodd wants instant gratification from landlords to not bring this injustice (matter) to a judge or judges.
    5. In the alternative, chuck dodd should give up his house to the homeless people, and so doing would prevent the spread of corona virus.
    6. The dissenting judges should do same.

  5. I love how everyone makes the excuse that it is right to throw people in the street a lot of people struggled during the pandemic and to say that people should be put into the street and just die is both inhumane and unethical y'all talk about that people should step up and get a job everyone job there is there's 10 people applying and unless you're a miracle worker like Helen Keller's teacher none of them are going to hire you real people with real problems are getting put in the streets along with grandparents and tons of people that tried to do the right thing during the middle of a pandemic and everybody acts above it all because they still have a place to stay this world has really turned into a s***** hole and if anybody thinks for 1 second the government cares about you, this whole world is going to end up dead or in the street eventually anybody can disagree with me if they like but look at the death rate each year and then look how many have died from covid nobody's died problem is we're so focused on our selfish ways that's why people are dying everyday because nobody cares and I know they'll just try to take this down some people just try to disagree with me or maybe if people actually had a brain and cared about others then people wouldn't have to die or live in the street

  6. Gov needs to stop spending trillions trying to democratize the middle east and instead figure out how to make housing more accessible to lower income Americans. Rent bans sounds nice to lower income people but reality is it raises rents for paying renters so it's not a reasonable solution.

  7. Covid vaccine is a resistance of covid virus to create new variant, it only able to hide the symptoms after get infected, at the same time to enhance your immunity system to against the virus temporarily, "against the virus not eliminated", currently the opportunity to the death of having vaccine injection is less due to it's ineffectiveness since vaccine maker has been modified it to be safe. covid vaccine has the structure of HIV virus same as covid virus, it will permanently stay at human body. Vaccine manufacturer can be sued now after FDA fully approve those vaccine?, this is great liberty status evolution. A lot of people death or having long term adverse reaction in vaccination before, and the government still keep hiding the truth of vaccine.

  8. If tenants don't pay their rent why should the Gov step in to stop landlords evicting them? Because the Gov did do this many tenants, even those who where still working or receiving large unemployment assistance just decided they would not pay their rent because they couldn't be evicted until the pandemic was over and that might go on for years. I think some certainly made the choice that the rent money saved by not paying for how ever long the eviction ban lasted plus the time it took to actually evict them was worth the hassle of finding a new place once they were actually forced to leave. Now folks are acting like the tenants are the victims while landlords have lost huge amounts of income but must still service their loans and maintain their properties, it's a bad situation. We've heard of people earning more from assistance than they were getting from working so why shouldn't they pay their rent?

  9. Landlords should be able to personally sue any individual , any state, and any jurisdiction who's enforced this unconstitutional moratorium. Should be the largest class action in history.

  10. What other countries, Canada, England, etc., have placed moratoriums on evictions, and how is that working for them?

  11. Why did our Supreme Court do this to helpless Americans. When our world is dangerous.. somebody or something overturn this for the good people sakes. We are at risk. Dangerous being out there alone and right in the middle if the 2 virus.. not just speaking for myself but those that did jot deserve this discision to Americans with babies small children and themselves.

  12. Biden doesn’t mind breaking the law. Cities can’t figure out how to give away billions. Our government is a joke and failure. Get a job or get out deadbeats

  13. The people who live thinking landlords should get real jobs and the apartments the landlord own to rent should be free, I have this to say. Who will let you live in a house with no owner? who will pay to have the water turned on? who will fix your plumbing or heating? Thats called an organization "JOB" that landlords do we organize maintenance, utilities, appliances to make sure you as a "paying customer" are comfortable. Now if that apartment is not being paid for or paid a "salary" to a landlord, than why should anyone provide for you a roof or a service for free. does the tenant work at Walmart for free? would he?
The point is this. We dont live in a world where we grow what we eat or we dont build where we live anymore. Those days are gone thanks to the currency. we barter grown and produced food for currency and we barter our homes for currency so we dont have to cut our fingers building a house.

  14. I haven't heard any news coverage about the struggles of landlords having to go many months without receiving rent money or being able to evict terrible tenants.

  15. Just to be clear. All benefits MUST EXPIRE at some point in time. This is FACT.

If one has not improved his/her lot in life after living 1 year rent free with government assistance (free tax dollars), then he/she qualifies to receive free assistance from Sheriff Deputies during their swift eviction.

  16. Funny thing is the Afgans will probably end up in many of these houses because thousands here now need housed & they won't mind paying rent as they'll appreciate the opportunity to work…even if it's 7.25 an hour.

  17. Finally !! thanks to Supreme Court !! The working family is a victim of by this nightmare Covid. We can’t buy a house the price is untouchables! We can’t buy a car no production, shortage of employees no inventory the used car price sky high the hard working family we can’t afford to buy it the people who doesn’t not paying their rent or mortgage the bought car . The people who work during this pandemic are punished we paid higher rent due to unaffordable house price and even we can’t replace our old car by used car because the car price is untouchable so who is the victim during this pandemic???? Anyway thank you to Supreme Court again hope fully unemployment will going down and those crazy price for the house and car will go down. 🙏 God bless Amerca!!!
