In Re: Ford: I was the videographer in a case where a psychotherapist was imprinting false memories of molestation in patients. We caught her doing it on video. The clinic was closed down and she was sued. All accusations are not true. Some are after the fact guilt reactions to a consentual act. Some are totally fabricated for revenge. So even a rape kit is not proof positive. Men are hugely disadvantaged by women’s ability to destroy their livelyhood, marriage etc. with false or implanted memories. I don’t have the answer just am VERY skeptical of a political move like this by a known Democratic Activist.

It's unfortunate there's no police report was filed back in 1982. I was sexually assaulted around the same time and my memory of the events are fuzzy, but I know it happened. I chose to not report it either, but I've moved on since that was a lifetime ago.
The FBI (when they're not lying under oath ) are actually extremely thorough. When I say "thorough"….I mean they can dig up things that you could never remember.
My entire family worked for the State Department and other agencies …I can fully back the FBI would have already known about any "party" .

There’s a precedent and a way established to handle when more information on a Nominee surfaces and you can go back through your archives and hear Grassley and Hatch explain clearly the proper procedure when new information surfaces on a Supreme Court Nominee and that of course is ask the FBI to investigate the claim.
