28. No offense but courts are our only hope at times with each choice they make. She states it's not always a courts job but the officials elected. She's part of the highest court and that court may make a final position that very well dose that, changes laws when elected officials don't. Laws change, no only written ones apply that is how we evolve.

"I ask myself how I would view the decision if one of my children was the party that I was ruling against. Even though I would not like the result, would I understand that the decision is fairly reasoned and grounded in law. That is the standard I set myself in every case, and it is the standard I will follow as long as I am a judge on any court".
