Curious question for all you Constitution scholars Question on the separation of church and state. It sounds to me that the for father wanted to make sure our great country wouldn't be influenced or be transformed into a church state , that your religious belief to be separate from political influence, that's why we have religious freedoms , BUT what i have seen more and more is ALL the courts being packed by religious belief NOT about the law and the constitution . When our president of any political party starts openly saying his supreme court pick or any appointed judge is based on a religious ideology there is NO separation of church and state only a CHURCH STATE and this VIOLATE OUR CONSTITUTION

Oldest Justice on the court NOW is Stephen Breyer, also a liberal/Democrat (near 83). He won't last. Justice Clarence Thomas has already voiced his desire to retire. He certainly will do that under Trump's Presidency. Trump will by the end of his 2nd term, have liberal heads exploding, with 3 and possibly 4-5 appointments, of the 9 seats. God Bless America.
