Texas GOP passed an anti-abortion law that allows average citizens to sue anyone involved in an abortion performed in Texas… the doctors, nurses, admin people, etc etc… VIGILANTE LAWS… This concept goes far beyond abortion.. California will now pass a similar law regarding YOUR GUNS. Any citizen of California can sue anyone involved with a gun that has committed a crime involved in a gun accident.
For example: If a person is murdered with a gun or a child or any person is killed or injured in a gun accident, then any citizen of CA can sue the gun manufacturer, the store that sold the gun, the ammo manufacturer, the trucker that transported the gun to the gun store… etc etc etc…..
THE KEY HERE IS THE GUN AND AMMO MAKERS… THEY WILL GO BANKRUPT WITH ALL THE LAWSUITS…
Other blue states will enact these same gun vigilante laws and that will be the end of guns in America. If you like this idea of TAKING YOUR GUNS AWAY then vote for REPUBLICAN'TS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T GOVERN FOR THE PEOPLE….

Oh and they should have showed a better training facility then the one that was on. And that's another thing. Take as much classes as you can before getting a pistol and as much practice as possible with any weapon, get into spot shoot, hunting ect. It will show how dedicated and responsible you are with a weapon.
That's why they will only give you a sportsman if lucky enough. Even if you served in the military the state of NY can still say no. It's ridiculous! This is supposed to be a free country. But please tell me what's free about it!?!?

The second amendment is a constitutional RIGHT not a PRIVILEGE given to all US citizen!
The ONLY common-sense gun rules, REGARDLESS of the type of gun, is:
1) Always treat a gun as if it's loaded..
2) Always keep your fingers off the trigger until you're ready to shoot..
3) Always know your target and its backstop..
4) Always have your muzzle pointed in a safe direction..
It's by following THESE simple 4 rules that's keeping gun owners, such as myself, safe for many years; and what's NOT helpful is the same ol' decades old dumb gun-control laws these wacky libtard politicians and media elites is trying to push on regular Americans

People have a right to defend themselves, their family, and their property!!
It is a constitutional right of every qualifying American adult citizen to own a firearm and protect themselves. (under 18 doesn't qualify for many types of arms) Any community within the USA borders that doesn't support that is in violation of our constitutional right.
Even though American citizens have the constitutional rights to own firearms and legally protect themselves there is the FACT: When millions of people feel and know they need to own firearms to protect themselves the countries law enforcement – for whatever reasons or excuses- has failed at providing a safe environment.
Our constitutional rights are not the problem. The problem is another one of systems is a failure and our leadership for decades has been too incompetent to make the needed corrections. We could easily make a list of those. How many years have we suffered the incompetent "leaders" not being able to implement a sensible and effective immigration procedure/laws? Pathetic. The alarming mental crisis in America obviously goes from voters to the very top.

This last Wednesday our Supreme Court heard arguments in a landmark case on our right to carry a firearm outside the home for self-defense. One of the reasons given by the three liberal leaning justices in defense of New York’s permitting scheme is that guns are more dangerous in crowds and that within our large cities because of the very fact that so many people are around all the time as well as law enforcement, people don't need to carry a firearm for self-defence. Well it would seem that by the very nature of the term "High Crime Area" that obviously this premise is wrong.
But here is one recent real world example of their theory not working.
Raped on a train:
For more than 40 minutes, a woman was harassed by a stranger on a public transit train in Philadelphia and then raped while bystanders held up their cell phones, seemingly to record the assault, while no one called 911 police said.
Your fellow human beings folks. Not only did they fail to help this woman, they had such a lack of empathy for her, they could pull their phones out to record the attack for future social media postings! More than two dozen train stops passed as the man harassed, groped and eventually raped the woman, the police chief for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority said at a news conference Monday.
I'll say it again, unfortunately people are afraid to realize that the idea of being safe is an illusion in society. The reality is, to put it in the simplest terms, you're safe as long as the person standing next to you doesn't decide to kill you. That's not paranoia it's just an obvious fact.
You know what would have empowered this poor woman to stop her stronger, bigger, male attacker??? A firearm, it would have made his choice to assault her because of his perceived power over her a bad choice. And hopefully he'd never be assaulting and raping any other women again!
