  1. The affordable care act is a ruse!! $8000 dollar deductible is insane. I pay 20% deductible with cigna for year's so it makes sense to get rid of it. Not only that my husband's friend ended up paying dearly in taxes last year for that failed fraud

  2. Good news everyone.

  3. Wow! 01/01/2016 the only insurance you could purchase was Obama care , which sucked, thanks democrats! At that time it was Obama care or private insurance. Private insurance was better and cheeper, but useless if you needed it and you were in a different town or state. ACA/ Obama care are the same and if you think $2157.57 a month is affordable you are the problem and if the democrats have their way medicare will transform into the ACA, which again sucks!

  4. Republicans did everything to drive up the cost of Obamacare and then complained about it. Obamacare was supposed to get rid of junk insurance. Republicans blocked that. Obamacare was supposed to have Medicaid Expansion in All 50 states. Republicans blocked that. Why am I not surprised that premiums went up ?

  5. Scam: It’s a Tax! Is it really? Roberts belongs in GITMO for various reasons! The SCOTUS needs to be disinfected with bleach and rebuilt

  6. Today's news by the Supreme Court came as a Surprise to me as I really feared the Court's newly appointed Conservative Majority would strike down the Affordable Care Act entirely Fortunately that did not happen by a Vote of 7-2 The Court rejected the Republican's lawsuit and upheld the ACA. Although it's probably likely the Republican Party will continue to attack the ACA at this point it's probably unlikely they will succeed at actually overturning the ACA anytime soon.

  7. These is a big win for the people of the United States! Two GOP Supreme Court judges with history of sexually abusing women doing the right thing! I’ll be darned!!!

  8. A good day for the people of the US and a tragic day for those GOP Congress lawmakers who represent and defend the interest of those special groups and companies who make money depriving Americans of health insurance!!!

  9. Obamacare isn't constitutional. 2 justices and tons of lower courts all say the same. Finding medical health care is not difficult, but it is an expense that many people don't feel that they need, so they want other people to purchase it for them. We were not put on this Earth to pay somebody's else's bills. The Supreme Court has failed us yet again. They won't make a ruling or look at any evidence, they just say the states have no standing. Just like the Texas vs cheaters case.

  10. They at the Supreme Court should have to prove it is not taxation without representation. They don't want to do the work so we have lazy justices that just keep approving it. What a disgrace every person that wrote their name on the Constitution is rolling in their grave cuz the idiots like we have on the Supreme Court don't realize what is taxation without representation

  11. Thank GOD the Nazi Trump FAILED AGAIN!
Another FAILURE for Trump and his Republicans!
Thank GOD! GOD has won over the EVIL Trump Republicans,AGAIN!
We MUST put Trump and his Nazi Republicans in jail where they belong, They are evil!

  12. Very disappointing. Obamacare is a horribly written piece of legislation that benefits insurance companies instead of consumers. When it was being written back in 2009, Republicans wanted to allow consumers to buy insurance across state lines to make the insurance companies compete for our business, but the Democrats had the majority and they said no, because they had to pay back the insurance companies that contributed millions of $$$ to their campaigns. We need to repeal Obamacare, otherwise we're stuck with it forever. Democrats and Republicans need to be forced to work TOGETHER to give us something better, because the American people deserve better than Obamacare!

  13. I retired 1/1/2016, the day that Obama care started. My wife and I started the bronze plan through Florida blue, which the monthly premium was $ 2157.57 each month for 70/30 coverage. We paid that amount for 35 months, until I turned 65 and started medicare, then I paid $1167.80 for my wife a month for 23 months until she turned 65. In that entire time I only had one out patient procedure on my arm, I spent about 50 minutes in the hospital and then my wife drove me home. That cost us $8860.00 out of my pocket plus the $2157.57 monthly premium. Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it!!!
