Is it just me who thinks its ridiculous that MSM keep repeating about the restraining order being expired? As if that's a free pass to then come and kill her without fear of "breaking the law". News flash, if he deranged enough to throw her over a third story balcony, a piece of paper, expired or otherwise, wouldn't have stopped him. Whether it was expired or not, if someone who scares you shows up, call the cops IMMEDIATELY and personally I believe we should use the freedom we have to protect ourselves and ARM OURSELVES. You can also have a support system of friends neighbors and co workers that keep their eyes open for that individual and/or their vehicle and call for help immediately.

it's also a shame you react to every death with regulations that cause more harm. like handing civil courts the right to hand out life sentences with out a jury or a lawyer. im currently trying to get out from under one of these rubber stamped restraining orders. our daughter had been complaining of sex and physical abuse at age 2, she's 5 now. the more i pushed for authorities to look into it the more my visitation was curtailed. i brought documentation from monitors as well as witnesses showing that the mother was lying when sayin they saw me hit her. the civil and family courts are even flimsier than our judicial system, and wile police brutality is watched now, judges social workers and lawyers have the same affect w/o the pesky rights you get when being tried criminally. which never happened to me. … but the mother…. well lets say she knows a whole lot of male lawyers.
